How "local" service works when everything is phone or Zoom
A reasonable question: "If Mark does everything by phone or Zoom, how does it matter that he's local?"
It matters in three specific ways:
- Plan availability is hyperlocal. Medicare plans are sold by county. The Medicare Advantage plans available in Boerne (Kendall County) are not the same as those available in Bulverde (Comal County) or San Antonio (Bexar County). Mark knows which carriers are active in which counties.
- Doctor networks are hyperlocal. Methodist Stone Oak is in-network for different plans than Hill Country Memorial. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa networks differ from Baptist Health System. Mark checks your specific doctors against your ZIP-code's plan offerings.
- Local issues happen. When a Medicare Advantage plan suddenly drops a major San Antonio hospital from its network mid-year, Mark hears about it before national agents do. Local agents catch local problems.
Office location
Mark's office is at 17803 La Cantera Terrace, San Antonio, TX 78256. Office visits are by appointment only — most clients prefer phone or Zoom because it's faster and more convenient. If you'd like to meet in person, call to schedule.
Phone & Zoom — your two main consultation options
Phone consultation
Call (210) 573-1319. Mark personally answers during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT). After-hours calls go to voicemail and are returned the next business day. Most Medicare consultations take 20–30 minutes by phone.
Zoom consultation
Mark will email you a Zoom link before the call. You don't need a Zoom account — just click the link. The advantage of Zoom is that Mark can share his screen and walk you through the plan comparisons visually. This is especially useful for first-time Medicare enrollees and people comparing multiple plans.
Book either option through the Calendly scheduler on the homepage, or call to set up directly.
